1. Copyright Compliance

Lovers Heart Map complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, submit a notice using the process below.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To be effective, your notice must include enough detail for us to identify and evaluate the claim. Please include all of the following:

  • Your full legal name and contact details (email, phone, and mailing address).
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  • The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notice should include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court (or relevant legal jurisdiction if outside the U.S.) and acceptance of service of process from the notifying party.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Our Review Process

Once we receive a complete notice, we review it and may remove or disable access to the identified content. We may notify the affected user and share the complaint details as required for process and legal compliance. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore material when permitted by applicable law.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We may suspend or terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers, consistent with applicable law and our internal enforcement processes.

6. Misrepresentations

Please submit only accurate and lawful claims. Knowingly sending false notices or counter-notices may create legal liability, including damages, costs, and attorney fees under applicable law.
